I’m Tess, a board-certified nurse practitioner with over six years of nursing experience, including general surgery and emergency medicine. I’m also a wife to an incredible man, a mother to a sweet little boy, and a self-taught silversmith. While I truly enjoyed my time at the bedside, my desire to expand my knowledge and skillset led me to pursue my role as a nurse practitioner.
With a passion for hands-on work and a creative, artistic eye, I found that aesthetics and wellness offer the perfect blend of art and medicine, which is where I feel most at home. Before becoming a nurse, I worked in aesthetics and dermatology, gaining valuable experience with injectables, bio-stimulatory agents, medical-grade skincare, lasers, and other aesthetic and medical treatments. Throughout my career as a nurse, I have learned the profound responsibility of caring for patients during their most vulnerable moments, offering both compassion and expertise to guide them through challenging times. I have worked in high-pressure, high-stakes environments, which have taught me how to remain calm, think critically, and make quick, informed decisions to ensure the best outcomes for my patients.
My approach is rooted in building lasting relationships based on trust, treating each patient as I would a family member—ensuring they feel safe, comfortable, and confident in my expertise. By offering a thoughtful and informative approach, I create personalized treatment plans that align with each patient’s unique goals and concerns. I strive to make my treatment chair a place where patients feel comfortable discussing their needs, asking questions, and sharing their vulnerabilities, so they leave feeling empowered, understood, and refreshed.
